ok my privateer game works fine, i loaded it by modifing the ms dos properties in the properties option of the file in windows. I duplicated this trying to run riteous fire, but it refuses to work. Any ideas?

What was your command line?

Did you remember that to run R.F you have to set it up for Privateer and ad a "r" to the commandline so it looks like this

PRIV r

Sorry for pointing out the obvious but simply things are the ones most overlooked. I hope this fixes your problem.
