Privateer + DOSBox Package (Instant Play)

I'm not sure if you'll want this up or not, since it includes Privateer+RF in it (although I'm not 100% sure on your policies w/ this) but I had a lot of trouble getting my old copies of Privateer and RF going even using your guides.

I found this, a compilation that automatically sets up DOSBox and Privateer - I installed it (took about 30 seconds) and hit play. It works... sound, joystick, mouse, etc.

Been having a blast... :)
 
I wish it came in a form that set it up for you using the legit installs instead of including it in the package.

I own original copies of both, so this isn't a problem, but yeah, I guess you're right.

I removed the link because of the mentioned inclusion of the game. However the project does have merit. If you email the guy and the installer is provided without the game then it possibly could be hosted here.

There's also a *very* cool route calculator/fully detailed clickable starmap on that site.
