The game runs until i want to start from the planet .
It changes to the start screen and then crashed.

Privateer 2 fatal error - cannot find pilot picture 26
and many numbers .................

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

(You would, of course, want to copy and save any saved games that you have before deleting the game.)

Hi

I have the patch and also tried a other cd and install it new, but with the same result.

The game runs, i talk to the bar man, buy a ship, but when i left planet, the game crashed.

Can it be that the boot disk work not correct?
But the game runs, until i want to left the planet!

I also write to EA- Support but ´they also said only that was the patch, but as i say i have the patch.

maybe one of u knows a solution

PS: maybe u can send me a copy of your boot disk files, and i try it but the game runs with my boot disk but who knows? KFK@aon.at
 
That's an odd one.

I once had a similar problem with WC4. Defragmenting the hard drive and then reinstalling fixed that. Might be worth a try.
 
try all the tips

Hi thanks for all the tips , i had the patch for dos, defragment my harddisk and reinstall, but allways the same result.

If u have another idea please tell me , and thanks
