Privateer 2 (Win 95edition) too fast

I know this is the most common problem for it but i was wondering if there is a way to slow it down. Im running Windows XP and managed to install it. The problem is that the game runs around 4 times the speed due to my ultra fast Pentium 3 processor. I either need a slowdown program or any advice for running it at a slower pace. Thanks in advance.
 
Yes! Use the P2 slower-downerer, available on the bottom of this page
