Privateer 2 : The Darkening problem

hi i have a one big problem. i did run dark.exe. i hear music and laser and comp speech but i cant hear a wingman please help me . no wingman speech no funny
 
Can you provide more details on how you are trying to run the game , what version you are running, and what kind of system specs you have? Is possible the speech files are somehow missing?

i using winxp and last version dosbox. İ connection wingman and i hear comp speech ex: missile lock .....
i have 2 cd wc2 privateer and im sure not missing file.

I would also re-check the install settings, perhaps even reinstalling the game completely, and see if the problem is still there. Also, is there an option in-game to perhaps turn the comm audio off that might have accidently been pressed?

I'm not sure what "2 cd wc2 privateer" means but The Darkening has three CDs. If you decide to try reinstalling the game, please double check that what you choose for sound settings are the same as what dosbox is set to. Dosbox defaults to IRQ 7 instead of 5 unless you change it, for example.

thank for help. İ know this game 3 cd. i'll change irq settings.
 
Your settings are fine if you can hear sound effects. I think the Privateer 2 wingmen don't have speech.
