Privateer 2 some missions not starting. Help!!!

I recenly started playing this game. I seem to have run into an odd bug. I have two missions that won't start when I reach the Nav point I'm supposed to go to. With both cases I got a little side tracked with rasing funds and doing some of the mayday missions. It would seem that the time has expired on the missions, but the problem is I recieve no message telling me so and the missions stay in the mission logs. I wouldn't mind but I'm afraid if this keeps happening eventually I won't be able to take on new missions. Anyone run into this bug or know how to fix it?
 
Are you checking your emails in flight? I know that's a silly question, but I flew around Priv2 for two weeks without knowing how to read my emails while I was flying around, and it made me miss out on some missions.

As far as I know, your missions standing won't be affected in Priv2 by failing to complete missions. The worst you get is an angry email, I think. I abandoned no small end of missions when I played and I never remember having a problem getting more.
 
That's what the problem is. I get the initial e-mails in my diary that tells you where to go. But I'm not getting the emails to either A. start the mission when reaching the nav point or B.The angry you didn't do my mission email. Instead I'm stuck with two of my three mission limit slots being filled.

If it helps the two missions in question are the bounty endurence test that Starts on Janis(SP?)4 and ends on Hades. THe other is the mission where you pick up data cargo on Manaus(SP?) and then you can either turn on your employer or return it to Crius(SP?)
 
Have you tried taking off and landing a few times? Most missions let you land 2-5 times before they 'fail' and clear out of the buffer.
