Yeah, you should be able to apply the DOS patch and then the dos to windows patch, but I believe that the dos to windows patch actually incorporates the fixes from the dos patch.
The windows version should already be patched. However you'll have tu burn your own CD in order to apply the windows patch, don't you? And I don't think that that version would like the DOS patch applied on the installed version at all.
