Priv2 + Logitech Extreme 3D

After coming down with a nasty cold I decided to cheer myself up by playing Privateer 2 =)

I've followed the instructions on http://perli.net/projekte/privateer2win95/ and got it working great with XP.

The only problem I'm having is with the joystick support. I've got a USB Logitech Extreme 3D Pro I can get the throttle to work and normal joystick mode but I'm trying to get the handle twist to work so I can roll the craft (rather than using the < > keys)

I've had a search around but cant find any reference to this. Would anyone be able to assist me?

Most likely that isn't possible.
It is a big thing that you can even use an USB stick on this game :)
