P2 movies ?

Hey Wingies !

I'm a big fan of the Wing Commander and P2 games, because of the quality FMVs - a hard find these days.
I've been playing WC1 - 4 and P2 for years now, and I was wondering if it is possible to see the Privateer-2 movies apart from the game.

Today most FMVs are usually .smk (smackplayer) or simple .avi, but I can't seem to crack the vidfiles on either WC or P2.

My question; is there any way to see them right of the CD ?

Any input appreciated.

Thanks so very much :D! This is what I've been looking for ever since I got conned into getting rid of my old system (my newest supa-dupa P-XXX sux at trying to run P2 :().

There are ways to get P2 to run on newer computers.. and also a speed patch if you system happens to have a problem with the auto frame rate limiter.
 
No joy, but thanx anyway :)

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter...

P2 keeps asking to "please insert disk 1" whenever I want to play and have already properly installed it - the CD is OK, the CDR is OK (tried 3 different ones). I tried some patches, but nada comprende on the game.

It's probably a DOS-thing. Or something.
