Anyone know where I can download a manual or user guide to the FLCS combatstick (gameport, not USB)?....

I've searched all over the web for this (using both of the above terms in the search engine) and cannot find it. Oddly, I started my search at Thrustmaster's own site, and THEY (of all people) don't have it, even... I even checked their FTP site, and it ain't there...

Anyone?...

It might ring a bell with Thrustmaster if you order the manuals by Part Number:
F-16 FLCS Part No. 900-0008-005
F-16 TQS Part No. 0900-0013-000

Otherwise check out this site: www.flyfoxy.com
They have what looks like an interesting download for programming the flcs. I haven´t tried it yet - sunrise is just around the corner in this part of the world - and I´m headed for bed.
Good Luck

I'll check it out just to see how much they want for it, but frankly, the idea of paying for a lost manual sickens me. That's why PDFs were invented...

::edit::
@#$&*$#$%*ing Guillemot Online store!... :mad:

So...anyone else have a bone they can throw me over here?...

Hey, when the "goods" is only a lousy document, and there are literally millions of such PDF/*.DOC documents floating around out there on the web for free (most often from the Mfr'rs themselves), it's hardly an unreasonable request/expectation...

I've DLd many myself and never had them "charge" for it. All I'm expecting here is for TM/Guillemot to get on board with the rest of the world.

They'd have to pay someone to create a PDF, though. Since there'd be no profit in doing that for a long-obsolete piece of hardware, it's completely reasonable for them to charge you.

It's reasonable for them to charge, and it's reasonable for him to complain. That's what free market is all about. :cool:

Some companies provide manuals for free on PDF, some don't. The ones who do let go a small profit in hope of providing a better service.

Eh, in my experience companies rarely go through the effort of providing modern electronic manuals for products they haven't sold in ten years (G)
