How do you use Mattobmp and Bmptomat? I can't use them, the MS-DOS box just flashes. What do I need?

It says:
MATTOBMP <mat file> <bmp file> or
MATTOBMP <mat file> filename can contain wildcard characters
PAL files must be located in the same directory or sub-directory PAL\

Start DOS by typing cmd into the run prompt. Google will bring up a tutorial on basic DOS commands if you need it.
To run the program, you need to type mattobmp, followed by the name of the mat file you want to read, optionally followed by the bmp file you want to write to.
