Psych and ace noticed that Mark Dacascos, who played Catscratch in Wing Commander 4[/url], will be hosting Iron Chef America on Food Network. It begins Friday night at 9 pm ET/PT with replays throughout the week. Exact scheduling can be found here.

Actor and martial artist Mark Dacascos makes his Food Network debut on Iron Chef America. Prior to hosting the show, Mark has had numerous television, film, and theatrical appearances. His credits include roles in the television series "The Crow: Stairway to Heaven," the movie "Double Dragon" (1994), and "Brotherhood of the Wolf" (2001). Before being discovered in San Francisco’s Chinatown, Mark was a European martial arts champion. Introduced to martial arts by his parents, Mark trained with teachers in China and Taiwan.
