Hi everybody!

I recently installed KS on my Notebook with XP and everything runs rather fine (as far as I got). Then I downloaded the Secret Missions and Special Operations from the CIC files section. No problem with SO but as soon as I install the SM, neither them nor regular WC 1 works anymore. I get the intro then a brief flance at the "Start Vega campaign" or "Start Secret Missions" then it gets a weird colour and then I'm back to Windows.
I tried to install each SM seperately but to no avail. I tried to download it from another source but I only got broken links.

Don't sure if it's really a "technical" problem but I think it's most appropriate here. Any advice would be appreciated (well, "Kill yourself" and the likes maybe not ;)).

Did you try setting the shortcut to run in "Compatibility mode"? I think there's another thread somewhere here about getting stuff running in WinXP.

Should have tried it before but I was just astonished because WC 1 worked perfectly as long as no SM was installed and I just couldn't imagine that SM would change that much. Honestly, I thought you'd tell me that the files are corrupted or so.
