Joystick

Hi all, I had a urge to play wing commander prophecy again but for some reason my USB joystick doesnt seem to work in game, I am running under windows 7, any suggestions?

Does the stick show up when you go to the control panel in windows and then the controler section and try to calibrate the stick?

Did you choose joystick as controller in the in-game options menu?

Yes it is calibrated, yet joystick is selected as ingame controls, no i am not getting any response in flight with the joystick.

If you have multiple controlers plugged in (any other joysticks or usb gamepads for example) try unplugging all the ones you aren't using for the game, and then recalibrate.

Nope just the one joystick, which I have even recalibrated. I am guessing this aint gonna happen ~~~

If anywhere in the Joystick options there is a "Poll with Interrupts Enabled" box, make sure it's unchecked.
