Is there a way to configure rudder controls in WC: Prophecy?

I have a Saitek X36F stick and throttle system. The throttle has a rudder control, which is interpreted by Wing Commander Prophecy directly in reverse to what should occur when rolling. There doesn't seem to be a way to electronically reverse the signal through the joysticks gaming profile editor, and I can't find a configuration file in WC Prophecy to tweak, or any other settings that deal with that.

Could someone please give me a clue?

I don't believe there is. This is something people bring up from time to time, and I think they just have to make the switch in their joystick software, if it's an option. I don't think anyone has made a rudder reverser patch of any kind.
 
I know of exactly 2 sticks that would allow to change their axis behaviour and only one more that would at least allow mapping of keys to axis.

So the only suggestion I can give is to look for a windows utility that can map keystrokes to joystick axis, map q and w to the axix and DISABLE it in WCP. You will only have digital response, but at least it is the right one...
