Installing Privateer2 Deluxe Edition(windows95 version) In Win XP

Help!
I’m trying to install the windows version of Privateer2 deluxe edition on my Windows XP system but it states that I don't have enough room on hard drive. I'm using the NTFS file system on all the drive in this system and assume that it's a problem with that due to win 95 using FAT16 for a file system. Is there any way to solve this file system problem without installing a drive with FAT on it? And yes there is enough room on the drives there’s 3GB free on the C drive and 15GB free on the G drive.

It's been a long time since I've installed Privateer 2, but my general suggestion would be to try copying the whole disk or install files to the hard drive and trying to execute/setup from there.
 
Manually create the directory you want to install P2 into before running the installer. This solves the problem for most.
