Installing Alienlegacy

I'm trying to install and play this game. I have Secret ops installed and the simulator as well. I can't seem to find Locke's online for download any more but I did save my old secret ops file folder and I just swapped it for the fresh install on this computer. I have the simulator now. I need to know how to install this though. I unzipped the first episode to my secret ops directory. But when I go into secret ops it's just the same as always. I go to the simulator and it's the same too. Obviously I'm screwing something up. Can someone please help a newbie out? I've had Wing commander and secret ops for a long time now and have flown all of the missions over and over so a fresh start would be nice.
 
I figured it out. I had to manually place the files in my secret op directory. Is there a way to include all of the missions at once or do I have to fly each mission independently? It would be nice to just unzip and put them all in at once. I'm off to have a bit of fun.
 
I don't know about this specific mod, but generally, most WC mods work by replacing existing elements and are limited by the number of 'slots' the original game had.
 
the slots are limited to ten i think. you cannot extract all episodes at once, since you will overwrite existing missions. play episode by episode and delete the mis files after each episode
