How to extract "movies2.tre"

Hi everybody,
i am searching for a program or a way to extract or play the "movies2.tre" in a normal player in Windows. I also have played Wing Commander but want to view the Movies of the Classic Flight Simulation Janes AH-64D Longbow, now. Both games seems to use the same format (.tre) may anybody can help me ?
