Help with WC1(running it on new computer)

Like the subject says how do I get WC1 to run smoothly on a 1.3ghz computer. I tried using CPU killer but that doesnt seem to help, it just makes the game laggy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using CPU Killer or Moslo AND disable the internal cache in the BIOS. That oughta slow it down enough.

Thanx for the tip.. but how would i go about disabling that... im a good gamer but a bad techy

Well, I usually press "Delete" when my computer starts, and it takes me to the BIOS configuration. But that may be different in your computer.

I wouldn´t mess with BIOS setup if I didn´t know exactly what to do, though. An incorrect BIOS setting can drive your computer crazy. Try asking a friend who is familiar with these advanced configurations to help you out.
