Help with priv under win98SE

Hi folks,
i made a boot disk for priv. In the autoexec.bat is only my sounddriver. in the config.sys is only himem, emm386, and dos=high,umb deviced.
When i reboot my system with this disk and start priv, i get following kryptical message.

Can anybody help me?
I want so likely to play wcrivateer.
My system is an athlon 1 Ghz on an A7a266 board with 256 ddr-ram
Geforce 2 MX 200 Graphic
saitek gm1 (Mouse)
Cmedia 8738 on board (sound)

That, my friend, is exactly the same message I've just got trying to work this game. I've been trying to get it working for a while, so maybe you could help me too?

I don't know that much about comps... but my files look like this...

I just recently added those last two lines because I was told that it would help. But I still got the error.

"D002-FFFF" when starting the game (floppy version only).
This error message indicates that there is a problem with your sound card configuration. Run the INSTALL program again and select NO sound and NO music. Run the game again and see if you can get past the error message. If you can get past the error message with Sound and Music turned OFF, then you will need to run the install program again to set your sound up a second time. Be sure to know the proper address, IRQ and DMA values for your sound card before you install the game again. Incorrect IRQ values can cause this error message as well.
