Or is there another one ?

HCl's website is at http://www.wcrevival.de/hcl/ . There is no hi-res patch for WCP... yet. Maybe he'll make one some day.

Although only the Secret Ops high-res patch exists so far, i do have plans for high-res patches for other WC games
