Getting Carried Away With 3D Printing (June 13, 2024)

Here's a whole pile of 3D-printed carriers by Knight26-77. It's got your main classics from WC1-3 and their associated novels. I'm thinking the Victory is my favorite, but it's not a bad Concordia either!

Have some carrier love for you today along with some same scale comparisons.

Most of them are not. I have more now and can post them later but, here are the sources:
Upgraded Tiger's Claw: Klavs Model Pack Conversion
Concordia: Wing Commander Saga Conversion (IIRC)
Tarawa: Klavs Model Pack Conversion
Victory: Thingiverse

I have since printed, a Snakier (Klavs), Midway (DefianceIndustries), Classic Tigerclaws (Thingiverse), and have plans to print up a couple more of Klavs' Kilrathi Capital Ships, maybe even the Kilrathi Dreadnaught. I was considering Klavs' Hakaga, but sadly the one in the model pack is not complete, and therefore would not make a fitting tribute to our fallen comrade.

I never had luck pulling anything I could convert to a solid model out of the Klavs packs. If you wouldn't mind shooting a link when you post them I'd be much appreciative.

I've printed virtually all of those and have the designer favorited. Not a lot of recent activity, unfortunately.

It does take some tricks and even then some models end up with holes and other issues, but they tend to be minor.
