Know your Condors! Red is the search & rescue version, yellow is the refueling ship and grey is the shuttle (which I think didn’t make it to the game).

Was going to point out they used the ship as a shuttle in the opening scenes of Secret Ops, then I realised they just recycled the search and rescue model with its red livery.
