Epic Mickey

That's not quite accurate.

The concept art is, indeed, from "Epic Mickey", which is the code name for Warren Spector's Disney project... the rest is some YouTube idiot's imagination.

(Mr. Spector, for those unfamiliar, was a Producer on the early Wing Commanders... and was the man behind Wings of Glory, one of the real forgotten gems of Origin's catalogue.)

I don't know about that. The concept sketches shown in the video are weird and slightly disturbing, but from a techinical view point, they look like they could be the animatronic characters out of the park rides given new freedom and sentience.

But that's the problem, theres no real context given in the video beyond the makers captions. There were some pretty disturbing toy creations in the bully's room in Toy Story and, shown on their own, could be misunderstood. The course of the film does give reason for these creations and shows that they aren't harmful just......abused.

Okay that sounds a little worse. Still, Fantasia was far more bizarre and scary than this.
