Destroyer WIP

This is a destroyer model that I came up with. No specs have been created yet, beyond the length of 413 meters. I imagine its your standard destroyer, with maybe 8-10 dual laser turrets, an IFF launcher and torp tubes. Renders below and comments are welcome!

I think the top fin is a bit to long and narrow. Try to make it a bit stockier.

Lookin gooooood. Looks kinda like an updated Sheffield, so in that respect it's lookin awesome. What program do you use?

He's using Autodesk Inventor I think. I use it a school sometimes.

I like that it has similarities to your frigate. Family resemblances are great - they had a bit of realism to the design. Star Wars is usually pretty good about that. For example, most ships produced by Kuat Drive Yards look alike.

Keep up the good work. Any chance we can see the carrier, frigate and destroyer in space together?

is that fin on top supposed to be a conning tower or just decorative? it'd do pretty well to add some uneven bits if you want it to be a con-tower, and it could use some windows in the front.

I like this one quite a bit though.
