Consistent errors when trying to run WC3

So I completed the install for WC3, but every time I try to run the program in DOSbox I get the following:

Open failed on file ..\..\DATA\SOUND\GFSAMPLE.IFF

It says it's probably due to a bad CD read, but it happens no matter which disc I try to load. Anyone have any ideas how to finally get the game up and running?

Did you double check your CD mounting lines?
Was your harddrive mounted correctly?

Yes to both.

I would double check just to make sure you aren't trying to load your cd rom as a harddrive. Don't forget the cd specific switch. The lines should look something like this:

mount d: d:\ -t cdrom
mount c: c:\

If that isn't working then try reinstalling the game with different soundcard settings. If you went with soundblaster awe32 or something go with a lower level sounblaster (a sb16 or pro even) and see if you have better success. It's also possible the lack of a proper wave table in the emulation is screwing things up
