I have been haven't problems connecting to a DALnet server... I can connect to EFNet with no problems but I can't seem to connect to DAL... any suggestion?

Also, does Prophecy work for XP?
 
DAL's stupid sometimes. Try using the server twisted.dal.net (type /server twisted.dal.net in the main window.) and yes, Prophecy works in XP... turning on compatibility should work.
 
still a no go... i've never had a problem like this before... ah well....
 
As I've been connected to twisted for over a day currently I can assure you there's nothing wrong with the server.
 
i'm not saving it's a problem with the server.... not sure what i could be... EFnet works fine... i'll figure it out soon...
 
Is DALnet giving you a specific error or is it simply not connecting? It often takes me several dozen attempts before I can connect.
