I ran into another problem that never happened before.... When the Midway is approaching the Kilrah Jump Point, it goes through the mission briefing and all that, but as soon as it puts me in the cockpit, in the launch tube, it comes with a box that says, Your Carrier Has Been Lost.

It kinda sucks that they destroyed my ship before I got out. :( Please help with this issue of mine!

Go into the simulator and play either simulation 6 or 7. That'll fix the bug.
