Cant determine what GL DLL to load (winxp)

hi just registered in the forum and just downloaded secret ops and UE. But having problems.

I have windows xp but getting problem that when i try to launch either game SO or UE

i get a fatal error message saying "could not determine what GL DLL to load"

I don't really understand fully what the problem is by that because the launcher and fiction viewer work fine.... help.....please.....

Set the SO and the UE executable to Win9x compatibility mode as explained in the help section and the FAQ of Unknown Enemy...
