2 Capships...

In a mission, I tried to put a Triton and a Midway, but when I play the mission, the Triton is inside the Midway.
Midway is at lower left corner, and the Triton at the upper right corner. Can these two ships be put in a same mission?

Try putting thousands of unit distance between the ships in the mission editor. You also should use the zoom buttons because the default zoom is way to small.

It is possible to put capships together, for instance, I put a pelican next to a confed outpost, and I got it in such a way that it looks like the pelican is docked and unloading supplies.

Sure thing. Its just a matter of trail and error. I did something similar to that in my mod.
