The Lumbari is a rarely-encountered variation on the Dorkir-class design. Though the reasons for doing so remain unknown, the Empire has not deployed Lumbari on the front line; they remain in use throughout rear echelon theaters. The TCS Tiger's Claw encountered and destroyed several tanker variants deep in Kilrathi space as part of Operation Thor's Hammer.
