On 2654.282 the TCS Tiger's Claw was dispatched to the Hubble's Star System. It's mission was to defend the system's colonists from the kilrathi.
The Tiger's Claw launched several patrols into the system. The first patrol was flown by Ian St. John and "Flashfire". Kappa Wing, flown by Christopher Blair and Kien Chen, was launched next as backup for the first patrol.
During their patrol of several of the systems jump-points, Kappa Wing encountered two Dorkir-class Supply Ships, three Dralthi, four Krant and a Ralari-class Destroyer. They were also forced to navigate an mine field.
