Lance Casey was a pilot of the Terran Confederation assigned to the TCS Midway and the TCS Cerberus during the Nephilim War.
Background
Since Dallas calls Casey 'Frosty' in the cutscenes of Wing Commander: Prophecy, many people assume that this is his callsign.
