Eric Popkin was an enlisted man in the Terran Confederation Space Force. Popkin served as a Senior Spacehand (E-4) aboard Pegasus Naval Base. He was stationed in Watchtower Three when Kilrathi forces boarded the station on 2654.074.0900. He communicated with the bridge that his position was being overrun and their batteries had been depleted before he was killed by the attackers.
