Phi Wing was part of the rotational flight designations used onboard the TCS Tiger's Claw in reference to the missions flown by her pilots. The lone mission known to be flown under the Phi designator was a patrol of the Venice system on 2654.287 by Christopher Blair and Ian St. John.
