Nifelheim is a star system in the Vega Sector. As of April 2654, it was controlled by the Empire of Kilrah.

According to a news report on the trid, the Kilrathi began pulling out of the Nifelheim System on 2654.288. It is now a member of the Union of Border Worlds.
