Prasepe is a star system in the Humboldt Quadrant of the Gemini Sector featuring Saratov, a mining base.

Though located in the Humboldt Quadrant, the system is only accesible through the New Caledonia system, which is located in the Fariss Quadrant. The Prasepe system also appears on some of Gemini's earlier star charts as the Prospect system, and is still sometimes referred to by that name.
