The Kilrathi Assembly of Clans was first established during the years following the death of the Imperial family in the destruction of Kilrah. As the name suggests, it is a collection of clan leaders that manage to govern Kilrathi affairs, despite increased clan rivalries during the period following the destruction of Kilrah.
The Assembly of Clans governs most of the systems previously governed by the Kilrathi Empire.
