A carrier is a space ship thats primarily tasked with housing and launching fighters and bombers. Some ships has a dual role like certain Cruisers which can be tasked with anti-ship/fighter/Capship escort roles but still be used as a light carrier. Like all ships, they are categorized into classes.
Confederation carriers:
- Bengal-class strike carrier
- Concordia-class fleet carrier
- Hades-Class Quick Strike Cruiser, light carrier.
- Jutland-class heavy carrier
- Lexington-class heavy carrier
- Midway-class heavy carrier, post Kilrathi war carrier.
- Ranger-class carrier:
- Wake-class escort carrier, converted from medium transports in 2666.
- Yorktown-class light carrier
- Durango-Class Heavy Destroyer, converted into a light carrier.
Kilrathi class carriers:
Miscelaneous carriers:
- Leviathan-class carrier: a Nephilim class.
