Megaron is a star system.

During the Border Worlds Conflict, the Terran transport TCS Amadeus was en route to this system with a full load of Terran refugees. The ship and its escorts were destroyed when they were ambushed by a wing of F-107 Lances from the Black Lance special forces, which was instigating a war between the Confederation and the Border Worlds.
