Specific accounts involving Blair probably are not necessary or suitable for an encyclopedia. Especially not so specific details such as Flint's lapse of judgement in Locanda. - Wedge
Do we really know when the Kilrathi first started using Fralthi-IIs? I don't think there are any concrete dates for this.
I don't think so...the only thing we do know is the first time Blair encounters it in 2669 I think.... - Dundradal
