Possibly, but Ayer's Rock isn't exactly a Pirate base either. They are humans working with the Kilrathi to defeat Confed. This is something that will need to be discussed at the forums. | |||

This needs to be moved out of the Confederation Bases category as it is certainly not a confed installation.
We might want to put it under something like Civvie/Pirates/just plan Mandarin. We'll have to think about it.
I would suggest we create a category for pirate bases. There were several of those, I believe most of them from Privateer.
