The Kiranka clan, or hrai, was the Kilrathi ruling royal dynasty of the Kilrathi Empire which was led by Emperor Joor'rad nar Kiranka with crown prince Thrakkath as the heir apparent. Other members include Thrakkaths brother Ratha, ace pilot Baktosh "Redclaw" nar Kiranka, Crown Prince, late father of Thrakkath and fleet commander Gilkarg nar Kiranka, ace pilot Khasra "Redclaw" nar Kiranka and Empress dowager (mother of the Emperor) Graknala nar Kiranka.
