- Stealth Technology is much more expensive for the Confederation than the Kilrathi. That makes a big difference. This is a great card primarily because you can play it in tandem with another Weapon System. Especially for the Confederation, it's not cheap though. You have to pay dearly and have a double-penalty if it's destroyed. But an extra Defense +2 above and beyond what's normally capable can be a critical advantage for your important wings.
