A Code Red was an emergency alert Confederation ships used to warn of an impending enemy attack. The TCS Tiger's Claw sounded a Code Red on at least four occasions:
- An attack by eight kilrathi Dralthi fighters in the Gateway System on 2654.133.
- An attack by six kilrathi Gratha fighters in the Chengdu System on 2654.137.
- An attack by kilrathi forces on all Confederation ships, including the Tiger's Claw, in the Port Hedland System on 2654.141
- Following the sudden appearence of several bogies, who jumped into the Hubble's Star System 50,000 klicks from the Tiger's Claw on 2654.284.
