Janice Parker, also known as "Starlight", was a friend of Jason Bondarevsky and Svetlana Ivanova during their time at the Academy. She served on the TCS Concordia and TCS Tarawa, where she was the commander of a Ferret squadron. She was killed during the Kilrah Raid when she rammed her ship into oncoming torpedoes that were going to hit Tarawa, thereby saving the ship and allowing it to escape.
