The TCS Hickok is a Diligent-Class Transport in the service of the Terran Confederation. It is primarily a tanker.
In 2654, shortly after the liberation of the Vega Sector, the Terran colony of Goddard sent a distress call to the Confederation Space Navy, reporting that the Kilrathi sent a massive fleet with a new superweapon to destroy Goddard. Upon losing contact with the colony, the TCS Hickok was one of the first ships to respond to the disaster, as it was passing through the airspace outside the Goddard System. The Hickok along with the TCS Marciano, were intercepted by Kilrathi patrols while en route, but both ships were saved by pilots from the TCS Tiger's Claw, which was also traveling towards Goddard. The Hickok and all nearby vessels jumped into the system to stop the attack.
Unfortunately, the crew of the Hickok were too late to stop the Kilrathi. By the time they arrived, Goddard had been destroyed.
The Hickok's exploits after 2654 are not known.
