Blair Admiral Tolwyn. I'm afraid the situation here remains quite ... (searching for word) ... fluid. We find ourselves battling pirates, Border Worlds ships, even unmarked craft. It's difficult to see any pattern. (beat) I'm afraid that's all I have right now. But I would like to ask: Can you tell me about Capt. Hugh Paulsen from Third Fleet? He's just come aboard ... with 'orders' from Regional Command.
