Behind the Scenes
The three "Blockade Point" systems in Wing Commander Privateer were inspired by the famous Cold War crossing points between east and west Berlin, Checkpoints Alpha, Bravo and Charlie.
The Blockade Point Alpha system was redesigned or expanded for Privateer Righteous Fire because of its role in the Sandra Goodin series.
