They were a rear-firing weapon with limited homing capabilities and built-in proximity sensors. The mines were shaped like irregular spheres.
A force of Raptors modified to carry additional Porcupines was essential to Phase One of the Enyo Engagement.
Porcupine mines are found on the Raptor, Dralthi, Gratha, Dorkir and Ralari. They were featured in both Weapons of the Terran and Kilrathi Fleets and Borger’s All The Sector’s Weapons Systems.
